  1. Introduction Thank you for using the services offered by Inter Astra LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our primary services include Consulting, Advisory, and Media Production. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services.

1.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

  1. Services We offer Consulting, Advisory, and Media Production services. Specific terms of each service offering will be specified in individual contracts.

  2. Payment We accept payments via bank transfer based on issued invoices. Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in individual contracts.

  3. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be initially resolved through direct conversation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be escalated to arbitration. Court proceedings may be initiated if arbitration is unsuccessful.

  4. Subscription Services Some of our services may come with subscription options or recurring billing. These will be specified in individual contracts.

  5. Changes to these Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any new Terms.
